Making a report
If you suspect a supervised institution of breaching regulations, believe a provider is operating without the necessary authorisation, or have received an unauthorised insurance cold call, you can send SFMA a report.
Making a report as a client
Clients of financial service providers can report suspected irregularities or possible violations of financial-market law. Please provide the facts clearly and include relevant documents where available.
Use this form as a client of a supervised institution.
Persons with an inside perspective
People with an internal perspective on an institution, such as employees, agents or governing-body members, should use the dedicated whistleblowing channel. Reports through that channel are intended for information that comes from inside the institution concerned.
Unauthorised cold calling
Unsolicited calls in connection with supplementary health insurance can be reported where the call was not based on an existing business relationship, a recent client relationship or a personal recommendation.
Use this form for cold calls about supplementary health insurance.
