Where required by law, SFMA provides information on its activities – including in the area of recovery and resolution.

It does so through its resolution reporting and by providing information on ongoing liquidation, restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. It also discloses which group companies in the banking, financial market infrastructure and insurance sectors are deemed significant.
